Love it, but loose stitches?

I have had this bag for a year now, and I love the color (brown! matches everything) and durability. Fits my laptop, makeup, school supplies, a book, sometimes a waterbottle, it's insane. I love the compartments and the zipper and everything, especially the handy d loop on the outside. However, a week after I got it, the stitches on the top of the bag started to unravel, and while it hasn't caused any issues, it's still disappointing that half of the top now has no stitching.

It's decent! It's definitely water proof and the zipper is nice. Having multiple pockets def help with grabbing stuff out of it quicker. The quality feels great, it's lasted me abouttt a year..? :)

My favourite and most used bag.
The internal key hook is perfect for tote users who tend to spend time digging for their keys. The multiple pockets and separator are great for organization while still having room for larger items. The exterior is pretty waterproof, and the interior fabric is dark [good for stains] and easy to clean. Great quality and goes with every outfit. Literally could not recommend enough.
